Here are some of the essentials that you will need to pack: Nipple ointment, shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, wipes, tooth brush, tooth paste, hair brush, lip balm, hand cream, breastfeeding bra, sleepers, robe, a hand mirror, and cell phone (if allowed).
The Push Pack is great because it offers pre-made bags of essentials. Also be aware that more and more hospitals are becoming World Health Organization compliant and switching to breastfeeding only, which is great. However, you may need to bring a bottle or formula, because these hospitals may not give you any. Be sure to add a
good baby bottle that will supplement your breastfeeding, as needed.
